You can cancel your order for most items within 7 days of receiving the items. However, this does not apply to certain items such as personalized products for example items which have been engraved. If you wish to cancel you need to inform us in writing within 7 days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us with their original packaging and in unused condition. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used or they are not resellable.

If you are not satisfied or If you have ordered the wrong items, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t require the item, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange.

New items returned for refund or exchange
Please contact us before you make a return because our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods.

  • Returns must be sent within 7 working days of being received and following receipt of our instructions as to where to send the item and the returns reference number.
  • Goods must be returned along with the original packaging, tags, stickers, labels, bags etc.
  • Goods must be in new condition or in the case of surplus watches as sent.
  • Goods must also be accompanied with a covering letter or note and the Returns Number (RAN).
  • If goods are returned for refund which are not defective it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they arrive safely and we recommend tracked and insured mail.
  • The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Upon receipt of items returned for refund we will refund less the cost of outbound postage, although in the event that a watch was delivered which was defective or the incorrect item was sent we would of course cover the outbound shipping cost.

Faulty, damaged or broken goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please let us know the problem before returning the item as we may be able to solve the problem without incurring postal costs.

Goods must be in a clean condition.
Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note and the Returns Number (RAN)..

We will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to keep all our customers satisfied.

New items returned due to incorrect item received.

If we have sent you an item which is different from what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs incurred.

  • Goods must sent back within 7 working days of receipt. Once you send us a request to return an item will send you a return authorization number and follow instructions within 24 hours - excluding the weekend when the office is closed.
  • Goods must be returned along with the original packaging etc as explained above.
  • Goods must be in a new condition and as received.
  • You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or PayPal account.
  • Please use the a signed for service for return of any items so that all returned parcels must be signed for once they arrive.
